Project Description

Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects provided Programming and Schematic Design for the Renovation of the Historic Pasquotank County Courthouse and County Office Complex.

The renovations will provide much needed change in function and security of the facility. In addition, the spaces that had been vacated by other county departments were to be renovated to provide more space for the Clerk of Courts and a new Commissioners Chambers.

Implementation of this project was to be the final phase of the County-wide Space Analysis Study performed by Stewart-Cooper-Newell Architects. The project has been put on hold.
